At this year’s FPC2020, HSSMI experts showcased their most recent work related to electric powertrains with a stand dedicated to three of HSSMI’s ongoing research projects – E:PriME, VALUABLE, and Perseus.

HSSMI and Loughborough University London, who have benefited from a strong partnership since the campus first opened in 2015, have announced they will both be expanding their offices.

The newly launched 5GEM-UK (5G-Enhanced Manufacture - UK) project will aim to demonstrate the value that 5G will bring to the manufacturing industry by creating testbeds at two sites – Ford Motor Company’s site in Dunton and TWI’s facility in Cambridge.
