Since the "Sustainable Transition to the Agile and Green Enterprise - STAGE" project kicked off in June 2022, HSSMI have been developing bespoke tools to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to transition towards a sustainable future.

In October 2022, HSSMI welcomed Joel Dsouza as an addition to our Manufacturing Strategy team. Joel has a a master’s in engineering business management and a background in aerospace and aircraft engine design. He is looking forward to further developing these skills with his work at HSSMI.

At the start of summer 2022, HSSMI welcomed Agnese Rizzato as an addition to our Battery Technologies team. Agnese is interested in innovation, the latest technologies and how they can help achieve net zero and she looks forward to exploring these interests further in her work at HSSMI.

Sai has been a great source of knowledge and a real asset to our Digital Manufacturing Tools team, as he brings extensive experience in new product development, production planning, process improvement and virtual build factory layouts.

Neil Hume, experienced sustainable manufacturing leader with over 30 years of experience, has recently joined HSSMI. We are thrilled to have him on board and the team looks forward to learning from his expertise.
