Our Approach

Identify and track logistics deliverables throughout life of programme to ensure project success:
– Provide programme timing plans, milestone events and KPIs to manage all logistics related activities
– Identify inputs from/ to other functions to ensure logistics requirements are met
– Provide cost estimates to be included in programme finance assessments eg freight, warehousing, packaging, inventory costs
– Liaise with manufacturing and layout functions to achieve effective and cost-efficient material handling solutions
– Ensure specification of plant management systems includes necessary functionality to support logistics (eg parts scheduling, inventory management)
